Our in-house programming staff has developed customized software to
report your transactions on a monthly basis. Here is how it works:
- WRG receives your terminals reported data from each switch (i.e. RBSLynk, Switch Commerce, First Data and Columbus Data) on a daily basis.
- We analyze this data to make sure it is complete and accurate.
- We accumulate this data to give you a complete and
accurate summary of
transactions presented to you as your monthly statement.

surcharge payments
Along with your monthly statement, WRG processes your Surcharge Checks. We will make payment to you every month, on time, every time.
We will also provide you with the option for WRG to pay your merchants or other associates. In doing so, you will be allowing WRG to handle the bookkeeping burden so you can concentrate on your business.
dispute and adjustments
WRG is also staffed with an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) adjustments staff. If a dispute occurs with your machine, WRG can help settle this issue. We will examine the transaction from both the machine’s electronic journal and how it was handled at the bank. We can determine if the dispute is valid, and if so, we will file the necessary paperwork to ensure your customer receives the proper adjustment to their account.
providing network access
WRG provides you and your customers access to all major networks including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Cirrus, Discover, American Express AFFN (Armed Forces Financial Network), and Plus. WRG also provides access to many regional networks such as NYCE, NETS, Pulse and Shazam.
With this large selection of networks, you will have fewer
denials and your terminal will accepts more cards. Accepting more cards
will translate into additional revenue for you.
