staff can answer your questions and assist you with ordering a
RMA.
If you need to update or service out of warranty parts, download the service form listed below.
When you call technical support to get an RMA warranty replacement
component, please be sure you are prepared to give the serial number of the
defective part. WRG technical support staff cannot issue an RMA without the
serial number. We also need the RMA paperwork signed and returned to us
before the component will ship. Please verify all the information on the
RMA form is correct before signing it and faxing it to WRG. When returning
components to WRG, please ensure the proper paperwork is in the box. Please
note the same-day shipping cut off time is 2 p.m. EST for all RMAs.
